No show/Late Cancellation Policy
The goal of the Doctors who independently operate from Medwell Clinic is to provide quality health care to patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only to the providers, but other patients as well. Especially since there is a great shortage of doctors and they have long waitlists weekly. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments and late cancellations.
Conditions you agree to by booking an appointment with any Practitioner/ Nurse at Medwell Clinic
*If you cancel 2 business hourse or less you will incur a $50 fee on your account regardless of what your appointment is for. Our business hourse are below. If you cancel 2 hours outside business hours this will still incur a $50 fee.
*If you do not show for your appointment that same conditions apply as above. you will incur a $50 fee on your account.
*NOTE: No further appoontments, requests, script requests will be done until this fee is paid.
Late payment of Telehealth Appointments
Being able to access telehealth appointments is a convenience that the practtitiones working within Medwell Clinic provide to you. At times these may not be done on time, however this is the realisty of choosing to have a telehealth consult compared to coming into the clinic. This is your choice, and by agreeing to have a telehealth consult you agree to the following conditions:
*Telehealth appontments are not bulk billed. The doctor may choose to bulk bill you however this is not guaranteed. They are still providing you a service.
*Your fee will be sent to you via text message with a secure payment link. Should you wish to not pay via this text message it is your responsibility to reply back asking us to call you to pay over the phone.
*All fees are to be paid immediately. A $10 fee will be added for each day the fee is not paid. You will not be able to have any further telehealth or in-clinic visists until this fee is paid in full. Fees do not include surcharges.

Alot of preparation goes into these consultations and we need sufficient time in order to fill a cancelled consultation. By booking any Medicinal Cannabis appointment you agree to the follwong conditions:

*All fees are paid prior to making your booking.
*If you cancel 12 business hours or less you will forfeit your full fee paid of $155.00 regardless of the circumstances as this is a teleheath consultation. Our business hours are located below. We do not accept cancellations outside our business hours.
*If you do not answer your booked consultation you will forfeit your full fee paid of $155.00 regardless of the circumstances. Should you wish to book again or reschedule you will be required to pre-pay for another consultation.
*Ensure that when you book your appointment that you book a day and time that you can commit to.
*Ensure you are in a location that has appropriate signal. We are not responsible if your calls fails or you do not have appropriate signal, or have issues with your phone.
How you can cancel/reschedule your appointment
*Reply NO to your reminder message as long as it is within 12 business hours.
*Text us on 0488 882 069 requesting to reschedule or cancel your appointment as long as it is within 12 business hours.
