With nearly 20 years of experience in emergency, urgent care, and primary health settings, Georgina Chadwick is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based healthcare for patients of all ages.

Alongside her role at Medwell Clinic, Georgina works as a Senior Nurse Practitioner at Caloundra Minor Injury Clinic. With nearly two decades of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care and primary care, she is highly skilled in caring for everything from everyday health concerns to more complex medical presentations. Georgina has also played an important role in educating and mentoring Nurse Practitioners across New Zealand, reflecting her commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning.

Georgina enjoys caring for patients across all stages of life, with particular interests in:

Women’s health, Mental health, Acute and urgent presentations, Chronic disease management, Preventive healthcare, Health education and patient empowerment

Dr. Michael Tan.

Dr Michael Tan has been practicing medicine for a solid 40 years, 36 of those years has been right here in our quaint town of Caloundra. Dr Michael Tan joins our team with extensive experience and qualifications, completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in the UK, and MRCP in Edinburgh.

Dr Tan is a highly experienced practitioner known for his caring approach and keen eye for detail. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice with a special interest in skin cancer, minor surgical procedures, cardiovascular conditions, and chronic disease management especially the management of Diabetes and care of the elderly.

Dr. Kiran Varma.

With a passion for all areas of General Practice, Dr Varma has a keen interest in complex cases, chronic pain, mental, women’s health and lifestyle medicine.

The health of the wider community and primary healthcare delivery models are also a strong focus for Dr Varma together with promoting dynamic, progressive and supportive workplaces. Dr Varma is currently on the board of directors for Bloom Hill Cancer Center where he advises on a clinical level. He has also partnered with The Cannabis Center and established the only Medicinal Cannabis Center here on the Sunshine Coast and currently the Clinical adviser for Pharmacann Global.
